Can I order wheels only or tyres only ?
Yes, we have many customers who may only want wheels or tyres.
Do you have a retail outlet ?
No, we do not have a retail outlet or showroom.
Where do you freight to ?
Anywhere in Australia, regional or metro in not a problem. There must be someone available to sign for the wheels once they arrive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
Orders typically take 1 – 3 business days to prepare and dispatch. Freight may take 1 – 8 business days from the date of dispatch to delivery depending on your location.
Will my order be covered by freight insurance ?
All orders are covered by freight insurance.
Can I track my order online once it is dispatched ?
Once the items are dispatched, you will receive a consignment number which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery via our courier’s website. The courier’s details will be provided at the time of sale.
What are my payment options ?
Our preferred payment method is Direct Bank Deposit. When transferring to our bank account, please use your full name and reference number (provided at the time of sale) so we know who the funds are from. Orders will be dispatched once funds have cleared into our account.
Do you have a lay-buy program ?
Yes, we offer a 45 day lay-buy option. Please contact us for more information.
Can I pay on delivery ?
No, all oders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
